Violectric provides a variety of educational programs for students of all ages through its non-profit organization, Violectric Education Programs, Inc. The members of Violectric hold degrees and certificates in business and education and have instructed in public and private schools, music camps and corporate education programs.
We invite you to select from a wide range of workshops created to cover a wide range of musical, music business, technique, and performance topics, or we can create a custom program tailored to the needs of your students. Top it off with a full Violectric Concert featuring your students performing with the band.
Violectric Education Programs’ mission is to link lifelong learning from all disciplines with music education by creating and facilitating interactive workshops, concerts, and programs for students of all ages, from infancy to elderly. The participants work with industry professionals from a range of genres and backgrounds to foster creativity and build relationships. Violectric Education Programs are supplemental to the current music education, offering interactive workshops, master classes and concerts with additional celebrity musicians on a variety of other music and arts topics, including, but not limited to: arranging and composing music, improvisation, amplifying and using electric instruments, recording techniques, contracts/riders, touring, band/artist management, marketing, websites/social media, choreography, show production, costuming, and many other areas in the business of music. We teach how to make a career in music, not just learn to play an instrument.
Violectric Education Programs, Inc. is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt non-profit corporation based in Florida. We rely on grants, sponsorships and donations to provide these programs to the schools and elder care facilities at little to no cost.
