Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery in the United States, longer if International.  We strive to ship within 7 days of your order.  No returns without a return authorization. E-mail support@violectric.net to explain the reason for any returns. Return authorization and address will be emailed to you within 7 days. We are not responsible for damages incurred in shipping. Contact the shipping company for damage claims. 

All Credit Card information is processed by PayPal.  We never have access to your credit card information. We will not share or sell your personal information with anyone, ever. We will not add you to our mailing list unless you subscribe via our subscription page. Placing an order will not add you to the list. We will only contact you with transactional information about your order. 

Purchaser agrees than any legal action resulting from this transaction must be filed in Orange County, Florida. No other jurisdiction has standing per this agreement. Purchaser is liable for legal fees we incur if case is dismissed or found in our favor. Violectric is not liable for your legal fees except as ordered by the court.
